  • 150 grams of strawberry, apricot, plums, raspberries, tangerine, orange, natural pineapple.
  • 120 grams of apple, peach, pear.
  • 75 grams of custard apple, cherries, banana, loquat, grapes, figs.

Observations in the diets for quick weight loss

  • Weigh raw foods, free of waste, convert them to homemade measures.

  • Canned foods can be used as long as they are canned in their natural state.
  • Frozen foods can be used as long as they are allowed in the diet.
  • As sweetener can use saccharin, aspartame or other artificial sweetener. Sucralose does not lose its sweetening power when the temperature rises above 100 ºC.
  • Food preparation should preferably be baked, steamed, boiled or grilled.
