Garlic
When the garlic starts to sprout, you can put them in a glass with some water and grow the garlic sprouts. The sprouts have a mild garlic flavor and can be added to salads, pasta and other dishes.

Place the romaine lettuce stumps in 1/2 inch of water. Water again to keep the water level to 1/2 inch. After a few days, new roots and leaves will appear and you can transplant them into the ground.

Coriander stems grow when placed in a glass of water. Once the roots are long enough, plant them in a pot in a well-lit room. You will have a complete plant in a few months.
